An initiative effort by www.bishnupriyamanipuri.org to address career issues, keeping in mind the need of such a section as suggested by some of our special users. Also, we felt there is a strong need for such an interactive platform keeping in mind the fast changing employment world.

Career Oja will try to address each and every young talent of the Bishnupriya Manipuri community - be it the guy planning to crack the IIMs, IITs Medical or the guy looking for an alternative and a more pragmatic career option. Not necessarily, all would be corporate honchos or lead the Asia Pacific marketing division of a top notch corporate house! There are those who would like to take a more rooted route which may be more suitable to their talent and therefore get a solid foundation for success. Not always do you need to work with an MNC to achieve success. You can join a decent mid size Indian company and lead a great professional and personal life.
