Kudos to you and your team for your wonderful effort. I wish to utilise this opportunity to make a view which is cornered in my heart for a long time.

Our society is blessed with so many who's who as an indvidual. But as a community we are still far behind other societies around us. We still have to face the following questions ? -

1) How, why do most of us have "Sinha" as our surname. Sinha generally belongs to Biharis majorly and also Bengalis.
2) Do we belong to Manipur?
3) How did the Bishnupriya Manipuris reached Assam, Tripura? etc.etc....

This type of questions we are facing because our community & culture is not being promoted as glamorously as others are doing for their community.

So, I am appealing to all the netizens of our community that we should show our culture with grace & pride to others. In all metros and cities apart from our native villages, we people are arranging Raas, Kapokar Pali, Khechrir Pali, Shradha etc.etc. We should invite our friends from other communities and promote them about our culture. We should not feel shy while talking in our own mother tounge in the midst of other people.

People love or recognise those people or community, who are clear in mind and not copycats. If we ourselves are confused about our own culture and language, we can't catch the Bus of this fast world of development.
