TREATMENT’R POISA NEI, KUNO CHINTA NEI
GET WORLD CLASS TREATMENT AT FREE OF COST

DATE : 07 July, 09

While chasing our dreams and the speed of the fast moving world, we quite often forget some other important things in our lives i.e. the duties and responsibilities to our own Bishnupriya Manipuri people. We always keep ourselves at the receiving end, complain against our own community, our own people and some of us are so frustrated with our own identity that we pretend not to be a Bishnupriya Manipuri and enjoy the feel good factor pretending to be a non-Bishnupriya Manipuri. Proof is our own people chatting in English and Hindi in a SadhuBaba’s program held in Delhi, the videos of which are uploaded in youtube. Such scenarios have been experienced many times among our so-called Daangoria Maanu in many cultural programs at SadhuBaba’s Ashram in Silchar and New Delhi too. If our conscience suddenly ask us a question, “ This community has given you an identity by which you can introduce yourself to the whole world, a language, a culture and many more and what have you given this community in return?”, many of us will be speechless. We can try to escape from everything, but not from our conscience. It is up to us what initiatives do we have to take to satisfy our conscience if it raises the above question. We have two alternatives, either take an initiative for the community and be stand boldly before the conscience or be a culprit to it.

Santosh Sinha

Since childhood, it has been experienced with many pathetic incidents held with our people, especially in villages. Many of them are poor; they do not have enough money to take treatment. If the disease is serious and the demand of money for treatment goes up to lakhs, they have no other option except bowing down before death. A live example is a Bishnupriya Manipuri middle aged man originally from Patherkandi, working in a garage at Gurgaon. Due to continuous exposure to the sparks used in iron joining, he is about to lose both of his eyes. Doctor says that he needs at least Rs.30000.00 for his treatment. His monthly salary is around Rs.4000 and by which he has to support his family and his treatment too. He has no other option to lose hope for getting eye treatment. Now his concern is who will support his family after his disability.

While trying to find a solution for such kind of our helpless own people, a small effort is done in getting and conveying information about a super specialty hospital which provides world class treatment at free of cost. It is a request to all the people who come in contact with this valuable information that they will convey it to all needy people. Just conveying information to the needy will be like doing a great work in life as it can save many lives. All kinds of information about the hospital are given below.
